Hi, I have tow extra email address which I access on my smartphone; example1 and example2
My issue is that I want to set things up that when emails come in on my Samsung s3 smartphone, they are not faded out quickly as being read when I haven’t read them. I have been into my local telecom, been on Yahoo’s mail site and gone into setting and account and ticked ‘never’ for mark as read; all with no joy. What to do next please?

      Hi Annamaria,

I don’t know why you are facing such weird problem but here is the fix that I think you should give a try.
Login to your Yahoo Mailbox and on right top you will see a gear icon, hover cursor over it and click on settings option.
In settings pop-up will open, you will find an option there as “Mark as Read”, from the drop-down set it to “Never” and check if your issue still persist.
